1. Complete Permit Paperwork
Permit Rockstar equips you to create every document your project needs, including the Notice of Commencement, building forms, product approval sheets, permission-by-owner letters, and the Notice to Building Official. Every form is organized, accurate, and ready to go so you can spend less time filling blanks and more time building.
2. Notarization and Recording
We handle notarizing any paperwork that requires it and record your Notice of Commencement with the correct courthouse. No more tracking down notaries or figuring out which office to visit—this part is done for you.
3. Plan Review in Record Time
Send us your plans and get a full review with approval or a request for corrections in five business days or less. You’ll know exactly what’s needed without the weeks-long limbo of traditional channels.
4. Inspections from Start to Finish
Once your plans and paperwork are submitted and your permit is active, we take care of all required inspections. This includes foundation (footers, slab), under-slab plumbing or electrical, framing, insulation, wall and roof sheathing, dry-in, mechanical rough, electrical rough, plumbing rough, ADA compliance, and all final inspections. We cover everything except fire safety inspections and site work.
5. Certificate of Completion or Occupancy
After all inspections are passed—including any outside inspections your project requires—we submit the necessary documentation to the city so your certificate of completion or occupancy is issued without delay.
